**A day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provides commercially-oriented coordination and guidance to management and business units on tenders administration.
- Prepares and administers the technical and pricing material for each tender, coordinating with all parties involved.
- Researches, tracks and coordinates tenders and contracts.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and local legislation.
- Facilitates any management approvals required for price levels and contract terms for tenders.

**Must Haves**:

- Bachelors degree: Careers related to health, Engineering, Administration or related areas.
- 5 years of experience as a supervisor in the bidding area in health companies (Medical devices or Pharmaceuticals).
- Experience in team management.
- Experience in management of the public market platform
- Experience in data analysis.
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience in a multinational company.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
