**THE ROLE**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of robust, scalable analytics systems and understand how to leverage their capabilities (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, Snowplow, ContentSquare, Mixpanel)
- Configure and maintain analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Conviva, etc.)Implement tag management solutions and data layer architectures (Adobe Launch/Tags and AEP data feeds preferred)
- Work with development teams and business stakeholders to QA data capture and reports.
- Create comprehensive implementation docs including data dictionaries, QA workflows, and more
- Support in the creation of presentations and recommendations to senior management, business teams, and develop plans to help operationalize analytic solutions.
- Keeps up to date with the latest technical trends and industry best practices, with an opportunity to influence the direction for the Data & Analytics Discipline.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of analytics implementation experience with tools like Adobe Analytics & Adobe Launch (preferred), GTM, Tealium, or other industry standard and emerging technologies




- Hands-on experience with front-end web development: Javascript, the DOM, HTML, CSS
- Understanding of basic statistics and machine learning concepts, particularly when it comes to validating data sources for use in these models
- Ability to conduct requirements gathering interviews
- Knowledge of data modeling, architecture principles, and techniques is an asset
- Most importantly, a nice person and a team player! You bring excitement, empathy, a sense of ownership and great communication skills.
