We are looking for a seasoned HubSpot CRM Consultant **(BILINGUAL:ENG/SP)** to join our team on a temporary, high-impact basis. This role is perfect for someone with deep expertise in HubSpot CRM who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will lead the charge in optimizing, configuring, and customizing HubSpot CRM to meet enterprise-level requirements, focusing on advanced permissioning functionalities, security settings, workflow development, API integrations, and seamless data migrations.

**Key Responsibilities1. HubSpot CRM Optimization & Configuration**
- Customize and configure HubSpot CRM to meet complex, enterprise-scale business needs.
- Ensure the optimal use of HubSpot’s advanced features and settings.

**2. Permissioning Setup**
- Implement and optimize user roles, teams, presets, and notification profiles for enhanced collaboration and security.
- Leverage HubSpot’s latest permissioning updates (e.g., Shared Users, Shared Teams) to streamline workflows and manage access effectively.

**3. Security Management**
- Configure property
- and object-level security settings to safeguard sensitive data while ensuring controlled access across teams.

**4. Workflow Development**
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows that automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

**5. API Integration**
- Develop and manage integrations using HubSpot APIs, particularly the Engagements API, to enable advanced functionalities.

**6. Consultation & Strategy**




- Provide expert guidance on HubSpot CRM best practices, ensuring long-term success and alignment with business goals.
- Recommend strategies to enhance the platform's functionality, scalability, and usability.

**7. Documentation**
- Produce detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and data migration processes to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience configuring HubSpot CRM at an enterprise level.
- Expertise in HubSpot's permissioning functionalities and familiarity with recent updates (Shared Users, Shared Teams).
- Deep understanding of property and object-level security within HubSpot.
- Proficient in designing and managing HubSpot workflows.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot APIs, particularly the Engagements API.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute data migrations between HubSpot instances.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Experience working on short-term, high-impact projects with tight deadlines.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM Implementation, HubSpot API, etc.).
- Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with other enterprise systems.

Pay: $2,000,000 per month
