We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support service health monitoring, deployment promotions, and troubleshooting across CI/CD and Kubernetes environments.
This role focuses on monitoring applications, executing Azure DevOps release pipelines, investigating deployment issues, and ensuring smooth production and non-production releases.
Responsibilities
Monitor application and service health using ArgoCD and Grafana
Execute and manage service promotions through Azure DevOps pipelines
Validate deployments and support rollback or recovery activities when needed
Investigate pipeline, Kubernetes, and deployment-related failures
Troubleshoot issues using tools such as K9s, kubectl, ArgoCD, and logs and events analysis
Coordinate with development, QA, and release teams during deployments
Report deployment results, issues, risks, and resolution status to stakeholders
Maintain release documentation and operational tracking
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment troubleshooting




Strong knowledge of ArgoCD and GitOps-based deployments
Practical Kubernetes experience, including pods, deployments, logs, events, and rollouts
Hands-on experience with kubectl, Grafana, and other monitoring tools
Solid understanding of Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and Git workflows
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing complex issues
Ability to work under pressure during releases or incidents
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to continuous improvement
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher)
Nice to have
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience with Docker for containerized application development
Familiarity with Prometheus for monitoring and alerting
Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud env
