We are looking for a Senior Training Services Manager who can lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of corporate learning initiatives across multiple business units. You will oversee a talented team of trainers, instructional specialists, and operational coordinators while partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure our workforce remains highly skilled, adaptable, and customer focused.
This is not a traditional training administration role. You will shape learning strategies, improve employee performance frameworks, and help define the future of workforce development within a rapidly growing international organization.

Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy Leadership
Develop and execute company wide learning and development strategies aligned with operational goals and workforce planning initiatives.
Program Development
Design and oversee training programs for healthcare operations, hospitality services, customer support teams, and technology professionals.
Team Management
Lead and mentor training specialists, facilitators, and coordinators while fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
Performance Improvement
Analyze training effectiveness through reporting, employee feedback, and operational performance metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with department leaders and executive management to identify workforce skill gaps and implement targeted development programs.
Compliance and Standards
Ensure all training materials and delivery methods comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
Operational Excellence
Manage training schedules, onboarding programs, leadership development initiatives, and employee certification tracking across multiple departments.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
7+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, workforce management, or training operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Leadership Skills
Strong experience managing cross functional training teams in fast paced healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or technology environments.
Program Management
Demonstrated success developing scalable employee development programs and improving workforce performance metrics.
Technology Skills
Experience using learning management systems, virtual training platforms, workforce analytics tools, and digital collaboration technologies.
Communication
Excellent presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both executive leadership and frontline employees.

You are strategic, adaptable, and solutions driven. You understand how to balance operational priorities with long term employee development goals.
