About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Information Security Manager who can lead our cybersecurity strategy and strengthen the security posture of our infrastructure, applications, and operational systems. This is not a purely operational role. You will influence security architecture decisions, guide risk management initiatives, and help shape company-wide security standards that directly support business growth.

You will work closely with executive leadership, IT teams, compliance specialists, and external partners to ensure our systems remain secure, scalable, and aligned with modern cybersecurity practices. Key Responsibilities:

Security Strategy and Governance:

Develop and maintain enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies, policies, standards, and risk management frameworks aligned with business objectives.

Infrastructure and Systems Security:

Oversee the protection of cloud infrastructure, networks, servers, endpoints, and enterprise applications to ensure high levels of security and operational resilience.

Threat Monitoring and Incident Response:

Lead security monitoring initiatives, vulnerability management, and incident response planning. Coordinate investigations and remediation efforts for security events and potential breaches.

Compliance and Risk Management:





Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, data privacy requirements, and industry best practices. Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.

Leadership and Team Development:

Mentor and guide IT security personnel and cross-functional teams. Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with external vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders to evaluate technologies, improve security controls, and support secure business operations.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

7+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, or IT risk management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management role.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of cloud security, network security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, SIEM platforms, identity access management, and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.

Certifications:

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly valued.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and leadership abilities. You can explain technical risks and security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mindset:

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven. You understand how to manage security risks while supporting operational efficiency and business growth.
