We are looking for a Senior Healthcare CRM Solutions Manager who can lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of customer relationship management systems across our healthcare operations. This is more than a system administration role. You will shape how healthcare providers engage with patients, improve retention, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance care coordination and service delivery.
You will work closely with healthcare leadership, IT teams, analytics specialists, and customer service operations to ensure our CRM ecosystem supports both business growth and exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy and Optimization:
Lead enterprise healthcare CRM initiatives focused on patient engagement, operational efficiency, and customer lifecycle management.
Healthcare Systems Integration:
Oversee CRM integration with healthcare platforms, billing systems, scheduling tools, patient portals, and analytics environments.
Operational Leadership:
Partner with healthcare operations and customer service teams to improve workflows, automation, and communication strategies.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor CRM performance metrics, patient engagement data, campaign effectiveness, and operational KPIs to drive informed business decisions.
Team Leadership:
Mentor CRM analysts, healthcare technology specialists,
and customer engagement teams while promoting collaboration and continuous learning.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Present CRM roadmaps, implementation plans, and performance insights to executive leadership and healthcare stakeholders.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure CRM systems align with healthcare privacy regulations, internal governance policies, and enterprise security standards.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in CRM management, healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or enterprise customer engagement systems, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
Technical Expertise:
Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot Enterprise, CRM integrations, workflow automation, and healthcare analytics tools.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams, manage enterprise projects, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset:
Comfortable working with large datasets, KPI reporting, operational dashboards, and performance optimization strategies.
Communication Skills:
Spanish and English professional proficiency preferred for collaboration with regional and international teams.
Mindset:
You are proactive, strategic, and highly collaborative. You understand how to balance operational priorities with long-term digital transformation goals while maintaining exceptional patient and customer experiences.
