We are looking for a Senior Hospitality Technology Manager who can lead the strategy and execution of hospitality-focused digital systems across multiple properties and operational teams. This is not just a technical support role. You will be responsible for shaping how hospitality technology enhances the guest experience while ensuring operational stability across critical systems.

You will collaborate with hotel leadership, operations teams, vendors, and IT specialists to oversee infrastructure, property management systems, guest engagement platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. You will serve as the bridge between hospitality operations and modern technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality Systems Management:

Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of hospitality technology systems including PMS, POS, booking platforms, guest engagement systems, and operational software.

Technology Strategy:

Develop long-term technology roadmaps that improve operational efficiency, guest experience, and service delivery across hospitality environments.

Vendor and Project Leadership:

Manage relationships with external vendors, software providers, and implementation partners while overseeing technology-related projects from planning through deployment.

Operational Support:

Ensure high system availability and rapid issue resolution for mission-critical hospitality operations including reservations, guest services, and property management platforms.

Cybersecurity and Compliance:

Maintain data protection standards, system security protocols,



and compliance requirements for hospitality operations and customer information management.

Team Leadership:

Mentor IT specialists, system administrators, and support teams. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and promote a culture of accountability and innovation.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

Partner with hospitality operations, finance, customer service, and executive teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

7+ years of experience in hospitality technology, IT operations, or digital systems management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of hospitality systems including property management systems, booking engines, guest experience platforms, POS systems, and hotel operations workflows.

Technical Expertise:

Experience with cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity practices, network management, and vendor coordination.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem Solving:

Ability to manage high-priority operational challenges in fast-paced hospitality environments while maintaining service continuity.

Language Skills:

English proficiency required. Spanish communication skills are highly preferred for local operational coordination.

Mindset:

You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and passionate about using technology to improve hospitality experiences for both guests and operational teams.
