We are seeking a Senior Hospitality Systems Administrator who can lead the management and optimization of our hospitality technology environment. You will work closely with operations leaders, IT teams, and hospitality stakeholders to ensure all systems remain secure, scalable, and efficient while supporting critical daily business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Administration:

Manage and maintain hospitality systems, servers,



cloud platforms, network environments, and enterprise applications to ensure maximum uptime and operational reliability.

Systems Optimization:

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer service delivery.

Security and Compliance:

Maintain cybersecurity standards, access controls, data protection protocols, and compliance procedures across all hospitality technology systems.

Technical Leadership:

Support and mentor IT support staff and junior administrators while coordinating infrastructure projects and system upgrades.

Vendor and Platform Management:

Collaborate with software vendors, service providers, and third-party technology partners to maintain and improve critical hospitality platforms.

Disaster Recovery and Support:

Develop backup procedures, recovery strategies, and business continuity plans while providing high-level technical support during critical incidents.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

6+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Hospitality Technology, IT Infrastructure, or Enterprise Systems Management, including leadership experience within operational environments.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux environments, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and hospitality management systems.

Problem Solving:

Ability to manage complex technical environments, prioritize critical incidents, and deliver effective solutions under pressure.

Communication Skills:

Strong English communication skills are required. Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred for collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders.

Mindset:

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and operationally focused. You understand that reliable systems are essential to exceptional customer and guest experiences.
