We are looking for a Senior Client Experience Director who can lead enterprise-level customer operations while shaping the long-term strategy for client engagement, retention, and service excellence. This role is adecuado for a leader who understands how to balance operational performance with relationship management across healthcare, hospitality, IT, and customer support environments.
You will oversee multiple client-facing departments, collaborate with executive leadership, and drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience Strategy:
Develop and implement customer experience initiatives that improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term client relationships across multiple business divisions.
Operational Leadership:
Manage daily customer operations, support teams, escalation handling, and service delivery performance while ensuring operational consistency.
Team Development:
Lead and mentor department managers, supervisors, and client support teams through coaching, performance management, and leadership development.
Performance Analytics:
Monitor operational KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, service quality standards, and reporting data to identify areas for improvement.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare operations, IT, hospitality support, and executive leadership teams to align customer experience strategies with company objectives.
Process Optimization:
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements that enhance both customer satisfaction and team productivity.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
8+ years of experience in customer experience management, client operations, hospitality leadership, healthcare support services, or customer success management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Leadership Skills:
Strong experience leading large customer-facing teams, improving operational performance, and managing enterprise-level client relationships.
Technical Knowledge:
Experience working with CRM systems, workforce management software, customer analytics platforms, and operational reporting tools.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English. Spanish language proficiency is considered a strong advantage.

You are strategic, adaptable, and solutions-oriented. You know how to improve customer experiences while balancing operational goals, business priorities, and service quality.
