We are looking for a Senior Clinical Systems Administrator who will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing our healthcare technology infrastructure across multiple clinical environments. This is more than a traditional systems administration position. You will act as a strategic partner between healthcare operations, IT teams, and executive leadership to ensure clinical systems remain secure, compliant, scalable, and highly available.
You will lead initiatives involving electronic medical record systems, healthcare integrations, infrastructure optimization, and clinical application performance. Your expertise will directly support hospitals, specialty clinics, and healthcare service providers that rely on stable and efficient systems every day.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Systems Administration
Manage and maintain clinical applications, healthcare information systems, and electronic medical record platforms to ensure high availability, security, and operational stability.
Infrastructure Optimization
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency across healthcare environments.
Security and Compliance
Ensure all systems comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and cybersecurity best practices while maintaining secure access controls and audit readiness.
Systems Integration
Coordinate integrations between clinical systems, third-party healthcare applications, and enterprise platforms to support seamless data flow and operational continuity.
Technical Leadership
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior system administrators and technical support staff while assisting with process improvements and technical documentation.
Incident Management
Lead response efforts for system outages, escalations, and infrastructure incidents while ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with clinical staff, operations teams, and executive leadership to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
7+ years of experience in systems administration, healthcare IT infrastructure, or clinical applications support, with at least 2 years in a senior-level or leadership-focused role.
Healthcare Technology Knowledge
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, electronic medical records, and healthcare data management practices.
Technical Expertise
Experience working with Windows Server environments, virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, database systems, enterprise networking, and healthcare application integrations.
Problem Solving
Ability to manage complex technical challenges in fast-paced healthcare environments while maintaining strong attention to detail and operational stability.
Communication Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Certifications
Industry certifications related to healthcare IT, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity are highly valued.
