_Scope: _

The RegionalAccount Manager responsibilities include working with the Strategic Account Managers, Account Representatives and Leadership Management to support relationships with L3/ Harris Technologies, Honeywell, Raytheon and Lockheed Martin Florida facilities. Provide outstanding customer service and support business solutions relative to issues as they emerge.



Increase customer satisfaction and facilitate reviews of customer’s monthly-quarterly scorecards with TTM factories and focus with On Time Delivery (OTD) and Quality improvement plans relative to customer’s performance expectations. The RegionalAccount Manager will act as the liaison between TTM facilities and the customer’ teams and will escalate matters as needed to ensure critical issues are being addressed with priorities focused on overall customer satisfaction. The SAM will be the POC for RFQ’s in coordination with the customer, TTM quote teams and plants to ensure the best factory solutions are considered based on lead times and technology relative to customer needs to capture business. The RegionalAccount Manager will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts.
