About the role

A clinical representative provides on-site or remote clinical support in the areas of support case coverage, basic troubleshooting, scheduling and patient follow-up for the company's products; additionally attends on-site or remote cases with our client and advises physicians on clinical attributes/techniques associated with our products, additionally provides educational support on product usage and training of the client and their team.

Your responsibilities will include
- Responsible for developing,



building and strengthening long term relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Develops and executes an action plan for each client.
- Coordinates with the back-office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to resolve customer requests.

What we are Looking for in You

Required qualifications:
- Relevant experience of more than 4 years in healthcare or similar function or area.
- Knowledge of surgical wards and their relationship with nurses and physicians.
- Understanding of interventional cardiology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.
- High degree of initiative and creativity with the ability to meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision.
- Position responsible for the Chilean territory.
- Interest in market analysis, sales, marketing.
