Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Officer located in the Santiago Metropolitan Area.

The Health

Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing health programs, ensuring workplace and construction safety, promoting community health initiatives, and conducting health audits and risk assessments. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with health regulations and fostering a culture of safety and wellness within the organization.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Occupational Health and Community Health practices.
- Strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Construction Safety protocols and standards.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with employees, stakeholders, and community members effectively.
- Experience in risk management, including health audits and assessments, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster a culture of health and safety.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations in Chile is highly desirable.
- Certification in Health and Safety or relevant credentials is an advantage.
