Role Description The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering a seamless, consistent, and high-quality experience across all customer touchpoints. Key responsibilities include monitoring customer feedback, identifying pain points in the customer journey, and working cross-functionally to implement improvements. The role develops and maintains service standards, supports process optimization, and helps ensure that customer concerns are resolved effectively and in a timely manner. It also contributes to building a customer-centric culture by aligning teams around shared experience goals and best practices.

This position plays a key role in translating customer insights into actionable improvements, using data and feedback to enhance service quality, retention, and overall satisfaction.
