We’re looking for a driven SDR who thrives in high-volume outreach and knows how to turn conversations into booked meetings. You’ll own the top of the funnel, engage fast-moving ecommerce brands, and help fuel a high-growth Amazon-focused agency.

This role is built for someone competitive, organized, and hungry to grow into a bigger sales role over time.

As the company grows, we’re looking for someone who can work directly with the owner, and serve as a trusted partner in supporting high‑impact projects that accelerate client success.

Location:

Latin America - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

- Follow up with inbound leads within 15–30 minutes via phone and SMS

- Run outbound outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn

- Qualify prospects based on revenue, ad spend, urgency, and service fit

- Book discovery calls for the sales team using provided workflows and templates

- Keep CRM activity fully updated and organized at all times





- Track outreach performance and hit weekly KPIs

- Share daily progress updates including replies, contacts reached, and meetings booked

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

- 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience with measurable results

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

- Comfortable speaking with business owners across US-facing markets

- CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

- Highly organized with strong self‑management skills

- Resilient mindset and confidence handling high-volume outreach

- Applicants based in Latin America or overlapping US business hours are strongly preferred
