At Webfleet, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Santiago - Chile . If you enjoy connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into real business impact, this role is for you.
You’ll play a key role in helping us grow in Chile by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential customers, and supporting our sales team in closing deals within the fleet management and telematics space.
Your day-to-day
- Reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and digital channels to spark new opportunities
- Turning inbound leads into real business by understanding customer needs and qualifying them effectively
- Working closely with our sales team and partners to build and nurture a strong pipeline
- Keeping track of your activities and opportunities in our CRM (so nothing falls through the cracks)
- Collaborating with marketing to improve lead conversion and campaign performance
- Supporting both direct sales and partner-driven opportunities
- Delivering a great customer experience from the very first interaction
- Hitting your targets around pipeline generation and conversions
Who are you? There is no set route to become part of Webfleet. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
- You have experience in inside sales, business development, or telesales, ideally in a B2B tech environment
- You’re a strong communicator who knows how to engage, influence, and build trust quickly
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple conversations and opportunities at once
- You’re driven by results and motivated by targets—you see them as a challenge, not pressure
- You’re comfortable working with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Bonus: you have some knowledge of fleet management, telematics, IoT, or SaaS
