As a Senior Webflow Developer / AI Expert at Growmodo, your mission is to create high-performing, AI-enhanced Webflow websites that combine exceptional design with powerful functionality and automation. You'll leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to build visually stunning, responsive, and optimized websites that deliver measurable business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop: Create custom, responsive Webflow sites with clean architecture, advanced interactions, and pixel-perfect execution.
- Harness AI:



Implement AI-powered development tools to automate workflows, enhance design capabilities, and optimize site performance.
- Drive Client Success: Deliver exceptional web experiences by translating design concepts into fully-functional Webflow sites that exceed client expectations.
- Maximize Performance: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO using Webflow's native capabilities and AI-enhanced tools.
- Ensure Technical Excellence: Implement best practices in site structure, CMS architecture, and AI-powered content management solutions.
- Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to integrate AI-driven solutions into Webflow projects.
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest Webflow advancements, AI tools, and emerging no-code/low-code technologies.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide junior developers on Webflow best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
