We are hiring immediately for a LATAM Mining Sector Manager to lead the formulation and execution of the mining sector strategy for Latin America.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement the value propositions for the mining sector in Latin America
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers in the Latin America mining sector.
- Manage, coach, and champion the professional development of Mining sector business development managers and peers in the Latin America region.
- Analyze competitors and develop counter strategies within business units.




- Work closely with Marketing and General Sector Team to ensure effective messaging and strategy.
- Analyze and prioritize market opportunities and projects.
- Stay informed about new entrants/players, market developments, growth rates, and technological innovation.

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience in the mining sector, preferably in mining companies, service or equipment supplier, with previous experience in Latin America.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) or related field, with a specialization in sales.
- Fluency in English and Spanish mandatory. Portuguese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Latin America.
- Extensive network of mining client contacts in Latin America, including international mining companies, local mining companies in the region, mining service companies/EPC groups.
