Key Communication Point:
- Act as the primary communication point between Qwiik and our customers for all projects, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Continuous Support and Enhancement Requests:
- Provide ongoing support to customers and address any enhancement requests, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.

Progress and Performance Reporting:
- Prepare country and customer reports to track progress and performance, offering insights and recommendations based on the data.

System and Industry Expertise:
- Serve as a system and industry expert, assisting customers in navigating any issues or challenges they might face with our services.

Customer Onboarding:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Conduct training sessions and provide comprehensive support to help clients understand our services and tools.

Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client questions, concerns, and feedback.




- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services.

Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges clients may face in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Customer Advocacy:
- Act as a voice for the customer within the company, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated to relevant teams.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve our services and client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.

Desirable:
- A professional with a strong background in container shipping, preferably shipping agency experience.
- Proven experience in customer engagement, support and success.
