Job Title: Technical Implementation & Support Engineer (SaaS / eCommerce)

Contractor Fee: $3,600-$3,960/month (USD)

Work Arrangement: Remote

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)

About This Role:

We’re hiring a Technical Implementation & Support Engineer to support Series A/B SaaS companies and high-growth Shopify brands whose CTOs and senior engineers are overloaded. This role focuses on hands‑on execution, including managing QA, troubleshooting production issues, implementing modules and integrations, and supporting clients’ onboarding. The adecuado candidate is technically strong, detail‑oriented,



and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments where reliability and speed matter.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical onboarding and implementation for new clients
- Install, configure, and maintain platform modules and third‑party integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs and system issues
- Support QA testing, write test cases, and ensure release quality
- Handle basic to mid‑level feature development and code fixes
- Assist with API integrations and webhooks
- Monitor system performance and elevate architectural concerns when needed
- Collaborate with CTO, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain clean documentation for implementations and fixes
- Improve internal technical processes to reduce recurring issues

Software/Platforms/Tools:
- Modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
- Backend frameworks such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Python, or similar
- REST APIs and/or G
