As HRBP Manager for Chile and Colombia, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Providing direct HR leadership for Chile and Colombia, in collaboration with HR COEs
- Collaborating with business leaders in the development and implementation of key human resource initiatives
- Influencing and guiding business leaders to advance the organization towards being a Best and Preferred Place to Work
- Supporting the execution of talent agenda, including talent reviews, assessments, team effectiveness, development plans and internal talent mobil
