About The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of frontend stability for live, high‑impact hiring events that run across multiple U.S. time zones. You will operate directly in production environments, where your decisions influence real‑time hiring workflows and candidate experiences. Your work will have a visible impact by keeping critical systems reliable while supporting teams during active events

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain React‑based frontend applications, taking ownership of production quality and stability during live hiring events
Support and improve multiple frontend platforms while ensuring a consistent user experience and reliable event workflows
Diagnose, triage, and resolve frontend production issues with clear ownership of outcomes and customer impact
Collaborate closely with Client Support and GTM teams to prioritize, investigate, and resolve customer‑facing issues under SLA expectations
Debug complex frontend issues involving state management, API integrations, and asynchronous user workflows
Monitor application health, performance,



and reliability using browser tools, logs, metrics, and monitoring systems
Support architecture changes, deployments, and release activities that affect live hiring events and frontend integrations
Lead code merges, production support activities, and onboarding while mentoring engineers across the team

Requirements

Strong experience with React development for large‑scale, customer‑facing frontend applications
Proven background supporting and maintaining production frontend systems in live environments
Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component‑based design, and state management patterns
Hands‑on experience integrating frontend applications with GraphQL APIs and backend services
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex frontend production issues using logs, metrics, and developer tools
Experience with build systems, deployment processes, and release management activities
