The Replenishment Planning Intern supports the LATAM team in the execution and monitoring of supply plans, ensuring product availability across multiple markets. This role involves analyzing supply performance, identifying potential risks, and contributing to actions that help maintain optimal stock levels and service performance across a broad SKU portfolio.

Job Description

The Associate Sales Admin Analyst will provide operational and administrative support to the Sales team in Chile.

This role will be responsible for order processing,



reporting, and coordination between the Sales team and the

Distribution Center (DC). The position focuses on ensuring accuracy, timely response, and efficiency in sales

administration processes, contributing to the achievement of Mattel Chile's commercial objectives.

What Your Impact Will Be

Process and monitor customer orders in internal systems (AS400/ISIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Prepare and maintain sales and administrative reports in Excel, providing accurate and reliable information to the Sales team.
Coordinate with the Distribution Center (DC) to ensure product availability and timely deliveries to customers.
Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and customer requirements.
Track and resolve order, inventory, and administrative issues in a timely manner.
