About the Role

This dynamic role blends partnership in People & Culture, administrative expertise, and talent acquisition exclusively for the LATAM region. You'll be at the heart of supporting diverse P&C; functions, managing the workplace experience for our offices in Chile and the Bahamas, and driving impactful recruitment initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
P&C; Partner:




Serve as the primary contact for employees at the Chile office, providing support on P&C; policies, procedures, and compliance
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and resolving issues in collaboration with leadership
Coordinate performance management processes, including performance reviews and development planning
Partner with the global People & Culture team to align local practices with company-wide policies
Administer payroll processes and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in the market
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, with a focus on attracting top talent in LATAM region
Proactively source candidates using diverse platfo
