The AI & Innovation Architect serves as a strategic bridge between AI product capabilities, internal teams, and the LATAM sales ecosystem enabling GTC teams to effectively position, sell, and deliver AI solutions at scale.



This role is critical to transforming sales teams into a high-performing AI revenue engine by equipping them with the expertise, assets, and frameworks required to drive consistent AI sales outcomes. In addition, the AI & Innovation Architect will directly contribute to GACV growth by engaging with strategic partners and internal teams in key opportunities, providing differentiated AI expertise, and accelerating pipeline conversion through AI-led motions. This role requires a combination of deep AI technical acumen, strong business and sales orientation, and the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into scalable, business-friendly value propositions.
