ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're looking for a
Paid Media Specialist
to own the
day-to-day execution of paid acquisition
across key markets (US, Canada, and Chile).
This is a
high-speed, execution-first role
where same-day action is the standard.
You'll take full ownership of campaign operations across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other emerging paid platforms, managing the full lifecycle from launch to optimization and scaling.
You'll operate within a structured,
AI-powered system
that defines priorities daily — enabling fast, focused, and high-impact execution.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Own daily execution across
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
and other platforms for US, CA, and CL.
Manage the full campaign lifecycle: launch, optimize, scale, and pause.
Execute against
AI-generated daily reviews
, including:
P1 (Promote):
push high-potential opportunities
P2 (Budget map):
reallocate budgets efficiently
P3 (Maintenance):
ensure account health and consistency
Deliver same-day execution across all daily priorities.
Continuously monitor performance and apply data-driven optimizations.
Maintain strong campaign structure, naming conventions, and account hygiene.
Partner closely with the Paid Media Manager on performance and opportunities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
2–4+ years of hands-on experience
managing paid media campaigns (
Meta Ads,



Google Ads
and/or
TikTok Ads
required)
Proven ability to
execute and optimize campaigns
based on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC)
Experience with mobile or app acquisition campaigns, with working knowledge of how Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Branch, AppsFlyer, or Adjust support attribution and optimization.
Strong execution mindset — ability to move fast with accuracy and ownership.
Analytical and data-driven — comfortable making decisions based on performance insights.
Experience or familiarity with AI-driven tools or automated performance workflows.
Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
