Objective:

Provides direction and project management to ensure project completion in accordance with contractual obligations for a section of a total project with package value in the range of USD100-500 million. Defines project goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in‑depth knowledge of customer objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. Plans, organizes, manages, and controls projects with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the Worley.



Supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders. Project managers will exhibit leadership skills necessary to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

Typically manages specialized, complex (high‑impact) parts of a single projects or multiple, but similar type projects. This includes small and medium projects or a portion of a large or mega project. Develops and oversees project plans, including business, production, and/or organizational priorities. Produces integrated solutions to strategic issues and presents recommendations to customers. Solutions are derived from knowledge gained through past experiences and consultation with internal and external resources. May serve as a proposal manager for small to medium projects.
