ETHICS CODE is seeking a highly skilled and motivated D365 Functional Lead to join our team. As the D365 Functional Lead, you will play a vital role in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Lead the design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including functional design documents, business process flows, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement customizations and integrations.
- Participate in testing activities, including creating and executing test scripts and supporting user acceptance testing.




- Provide user training and support during and after the implementation process.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O; or Dynamics AX in discrete manufacturing environment ( automotive, engineering, machinery)
- Proven experience as a functional lead or consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, processes, and configuration options.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in leading and managing Dynamics 365 implementation projects with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
