What We're Looking For

What You'll Do
- Manage lease administration process including cross functional collaboration with operations and procurement to capture lease activity, analysis of lease agreements to determine appropriate accounting, and entry within Visual Lease and Netsuite.
- Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and regulatory requirements. Record lease transactions, including lease payments, amortization schedules, and other financial entries.
- Perform accounting research for lease transactions and maintain accounting policies for lease accounting.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
