Keller will cover the associated costs for this office space. The office location would be yours to choose and would be rented specifically for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target companies posting senior positions that align with our service offerings
- Conduct high-level sales calls to decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our services
- Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly




- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the recruitment industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers
