The Role:
FinStrat Management (“FSM”) is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Jr. Business Analyst. This is a full-time remote role.

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks
- Conduct small-scale projects, and ad hoc analyses
- Support the accounting teams in their day-to-day needs
- Prepare financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data
- Assist in development and delivery of various reporting packages
- Prepare financial deliverables, correspondence, and filings
- Ensure assignments meet the firms' quality standards

Job Requirements:
Professional background:
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to assemble, communicate, and present information clearly
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must exhibit strong analytical/critical thinking skills




- Solve problems using a detailed and well-ordered approach

Soft skills:
- Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
- Commitment and ability to meet critical business deadlines
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills

Education:
- Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance, or requisite work experience
