What We're Looking For

What You'll Do
- Consolidation and Intercompany Process Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end general financial consolidation process, including the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated financial statements.
- Establish and maintain intercompany reconciliations ensuring appropriate financial statement consolidations.
- Manage transfer pricing, intercompany agreements, and execute intercompany funding requests.
- Drive accounting activities as it relates to Vacasa's non U.S. initiatives including, but not limited to entity wind down/dissolution and establishment of new entities and associated accounting practices.
- Technical Accounting Expertise:
- Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and transactions, such as acquisitions, divestitures, intercompany agreement, t
