ServiceNow Architect

Location: Remote LATAM

Contract Duration: 6 months / Independent contract

Pay Rate: US $20 per hour

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Type A personality, full-time, hands-on Technical Architect
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)

Position Skills & Requirements:
*Must Have:*
- Proven experience as a full-time, hands-on Technical Architect with a Type A personality
- Demonstrated ability in establishing coding standards, system monitoring, scalability, checks and balances, data loading strategies, code reviews, and data model governance
- Proficiency in Citizen Development setup
- Experience leading technical teams, ensuring accountability to due dates and cadence
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train other senior technical staff
- UI experience with New Rocket UI is a significant plus
