Our customer, a North American based professional IT Services firm, is looking to engage a remote IT personnel to support their client at an onsite factory facility in Santiago, Chile.

This client facing, English speaking, System Administrator should have a 3-5 years of experience in IT systems support operations. As a System Administrator, you will provide ongoing assistance and support to various critical network services and systems.
- Experienced support in BDR, Windows, Azure/AWS, M365 suite, on premise & cloud infrastructure is a must.
- Must be comfortable with documenting new/updating changed information in knowledgebase as well as using a PSA system for time tracking.
- The role is a a combination of on-site work as well as remote work.

Experience:
- System Administrator: 3 years (required)

- English (preferred)

- Santiago de Chile, Región Metropolitana (required)

Ability to Relocate:
- Santiago de Chile, Región Metropolitana: Relocate before starting work (required)
