Job Description

The CSA Lead will oversee and manage the civil,



structural, and architectural aspects of construction projects, during the design / procurement phase & project execution. The CSA Lead will be based on-site, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

The CSA Lead will be required to manage / lead and coordinate with all members of our team, which will comprise of engineers, architects, schedulers, and various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and the Client.

Tasks and Activities:

Project Coordination:
- Reviewing and approving CSA design documents.
- Participating in design reviews and risk assessments.
- Managing contractors, vendors, and subcontractors associated to the CSA packages.
- Set up, chair, and document all client meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are fully informed.
- Report weekly to the Project Manager on scope, budget, and schedule st
