Job Description

We are looking for a
Canteen Operations Specialist
to oversee daily restaurant operations, financial controls, inventory management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate fluently in
Mandarin Chinese and English
.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily management of restaurant operations, ensuring the normal service of
three meals per day
.
- Handle
meal card transactions
, daily ingredient purchase orders, and goods acceptance.
- Act as the
communication bridge
between the restaurant and the chef team.
- Supervise and follow up on
equipment and facilities pending repair
, coordinating maintenance with the
IFM team
.
- Manage warehouse operations and inventory.
- Complete daily
financial disclosures and inventory checks
.




- Prepare accounting records, including unpaid payables, exceptional meal payments, supplier payments, and meal allowance applications.
- Manage and archive restaurant documentation, ensuring records.
- Coordinate
Food Festival events
, including restaurant decorations for Chinese festivals.
- Serve as the interface for
VIP dining requests
, responsible for venue preparation, staffing coordination, and follow-up on employee payments until case closure.
- Conduct regular warehouse inventory checks, including ingredients and assets (round tables, audio equipment, VIP tableware, etc.).
- Support
procurement activities
related to canteen operations.

Requirements
- Fluent in
Mandarin Chinese and English
(spoken and written).
- Experience in
canteen, restaurant, hospitality, or facility operations
.
- Basic knowledge of
financial controls, inventory management, and procurement
.
- Strong coordination and commun
