Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Concepción, Chile. As a Health Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health and safety policies to ensure the well-being of employees and compliance with occupational health standards. Key tasks include conducting safety inspections, providing health education, addressing community health concerns, and ensuring workplace safety, including in construction environments. You will work closely with teams to promote a healthy, safe, and compliant workplace.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Health and Community Health practices
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Construction Safety standards
- Strong Communication skills for effective education and collaboration
- Ability to analyze and implement safety policies and procedures
- Experience in health and safety compliance or a similar field is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Occupational Health, Public Health, or related field
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
