ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help implement and support our technology solutions as we modernize our wholesale, e-commerce, and retail operations globally. You will partner with Skechers business stakeholders to implement configuration changes, ensure compliance with business requirements, manage data mappings, work with vendors, and oversee integrations into upstream/downstream systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Writes detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and system design documents
- Conducts thorough business process analysis and identifies areas for improvement




- Develops and maintains process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories
- Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and translates business needs into technical requirements
- Performs data analysis using data in different formats and from various platforms
- Validates results by quality assurance testing and the coordination of user-acceptance testing
- Provides Change Management and training support for end users and maintains relevant documentation
- Engages on integration projects with varying degrees of complexity and business criticality, partnering closely with various business units
- Performs risk management to minimize potential risks. Reports risks and issues and escalates to management as needed
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains
- Creates E2E workflow process diagrams, wireframes, mapping documents, functional specifications, ERDs, and
