Job summary:
The Contract Manager is a role whose main mission is to lead the technician teams for the autonomy project at BHP Escondida. A focus on leading and controlling the capacity development, technology installation and commissions, and maintenance of the technology for the project,



in conjunction with internal areas of Finning, Caterpillar and the client. They are ultimately responsible for securing and developing internal resources for installation, calibration and on-site commissioning of onboard technological hardware components in autonomous trucks, loading equipment, drilling, auxiliary among others and the ongoing maintenance required. They must work with the internal Project Technical Manager’s team on the development, inspection and audit of the execution of the implementation, commissioning and acceptance tests of the autonomy solution in Finning dependencies and field. Point of contact with client for contract delivery and associated warranties.

Main functions of the position:
- Develop people requirements for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance for Command Layer in trucks and MineStar Systems in the rest of the fleet that will operate in the autonomous zone.
