ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

As Sales & Business Development Graduate you will have the exciting opportunity to support the adoption of sales-related programs across America while also providing overall sales coordination and support for some our emerging growth territories.

You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside the America Sales & Business Development team. You derive energy from working with others of diverse backgrounds and engaging directly with customers.



Essential to the role is an ability to proactively manage programs while managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

In this hands-on role you will earn trust through performance and relationship building. You will be required to work effectively with strong coordination and planning skills and leverage your analytic skills to assist the Sales & Business Development teams

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assisting and coordinating initiatives that drive sales effectiveness, including project plans, assembling resources, change order activities, support, and measurement of results.
- Coordinate the sales team with the velocity, consistency, and quality of sales pipeline through collaboration and support of the sales team progression of pipeline stages and forecast.
- Work closely with Sales & Business Development team to best support Account and Territory development plan
