Aufgaben:
- Develop and implement strategic commercial goals in conjunction with the Technical Business Unit Manager and General Management and guarantee the established milestones accomplishment.
- Participate in the acquisition of new projects and client support in coordination with the Technical Business Unit Manager.
- Monitor all legal regulations and Group guidelines related to construction contracts.
- Participate in meetings with clients, addressing complaints and solving problems.
- Prepare the monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the Technical Business Unit Manager.
- Provide all the required documents for the external annual financial statements in accordance with the legal requirements and valuation regulations of the Group Yearly Planning and Forecast.




- Form and lead high-performance teams, in conjunction with P&C; and HR, participating in the corporate recruitment and selection processes, potential management, development plans and performance management, and following the Group's standards.

Qualifikationen:
- Degree in commercial education (university, FH, HAK or similar)
- At least 15 years of professional experience managing construction or similar projects, preferably with experience abroad.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience working with multicultural teams.
- MS Office (user proficiency)
