What are we looking for?

We are looking for a PMO SPECIALIST based in Santiago who aims to support project management within the Project Management Office (PMO) in the Development area. The main objective is to ensure that projects are managed according to established standards and processes, providing control, monitoring, and resource optimization to meet strategic goals. Additionally, this role involves developing/controlling/monitoring financial models to accurately assess projects' economic impact and feasibility, such as the reportability associated with project evaluation KPIs, considering the specifics of the energy sector.

What challenges will you face?
- Support planning, execution, and control of projects in the development area for all projects and initiatives.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, costs, and scope and manage sector-specific risks.
- Create and maintain Development models to evaluate renewable energy projects' profitability, ROI, and cost-benefit. Conducted scenario analysis and collaborated with finance teams to assess the project accurately.




- Implement and enhance project management processes and methodologies tailored to energy projects and support training efforts within the team.
- Generate reports, monitor KPIs, and analyze project performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Prepare executive summaries for senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams and coordinate project review meetings to document feedback and decisions.

What specific knowledge do you need?
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field?
- At least 5 years of proven experience working in Projects, Finances, Corporate Finance, or Structured Finance Areas at an energy company, investment bank, equity research team, private equity firm, or a related field.
