The role:
- Process Payments: Register and manage payments to operators and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle Bank Transactions: Record and oversee all bank activities to maintain organized financial records.
- Coordinate Payments: Facilitate payments to Argentinian bus operators and suppliers, including accountants, lawyers, and other service providers.
- Conduct Financial Analysis: Verify deposits from various payment methods, track commissions, and review banking transactions for accuracy.
- Manage Fraud Cases:



Investigate and respond to fraud-related issues involving various payment methods.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations of BusBud ARG and other projects.
- External Accounting Support: Address requests from the supporting accounting firm and provide necessary financial documentation, ensure liaison.
- Invoice Management: Request and oversee the issuance of invoices for Parent Company’s (BusBud) ARG and MX based operations.
- Tax Organization: Ensure taxes filed with AFIP and AGIP are accurate, clear, and well-organized.

Who you are:
As an Accounting and Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Proven accounting experience, with recent exposure to ARG accounting operations, laws and changes.
- A strong understanding of diverse business models and the ability to analyze and manage various company transactions is essential.
