Head of Technology at BairesDev

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Technology to lead and manage a globally distributed team within BairesDev’s Technology Circles. This role combines deep technical expertise with business leadership to engage with clients, understand their challenges, and propose innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding BairesDev’s value proposition, ensuring your team delivers scalable, high-quality technology solutions tailored to client needs and business goals.

What You’ll Do:
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business and technology challenges, acting as the technical face of the company during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver technical pitches, demonstrations,



and proposals that showcase BairesDev's capabilities.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain, leading the design and validation of technical solutions that align with client business goals.
- Develop and enhance the Circle’s service offerings, driving innovation and value creation for clients while establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other Circle Heads to create multi-disciplinary solutions leveraging the full range of BairesDev’s capabilities, fostering cross-functional partnerships.
- Grow and mentor a team of Technical Managers and SMEs, focusing on career development, performance management, and technical leadership.

What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in Software IT, with a proven track record in solution architecture, sales engineering, and technical leadership.
