An international company is seeking a proactive and highly organized Bilingual Office Administrator to join a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Front desk and office support.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Visitor badge and parking coordination.
Office supply procurement and administrative support.
Facilities coordination and communication with building management.
Preparing and shipping onboarding welcome kits.
Coordinating onsite meetings and local events logistics.
Providing operational support across different teams.
- Requirements:
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (mandatory).
Technical higher education studies.
Ideally 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
Experience with Microsoft tools and Outlook is a plus.
Comfortable working with AI tools.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

- Position Details:
Working hours: Monday to Friday. Schedule Office.
