**Location**: Remote (Santiago, Chile-based)

**Pay Rate**: Monthly rate of USD $18-23 usd/hr gross

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain Kneat as a standalone electronic validation system across multiple disciplines
- Design, configure, and optimize discipline-specific templates in Kneat
- Develop and maintain Kneat design architecture, ensuring scalability, compliance, and usability
- Map business and validation processes into Kneat workflows and configuration models
- Support validation activities, including creation and maintenance of validation documentation by discipline
- Ensure compliance with validation standards (e.g., CSV, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, as applicable)
- Conduct Kneat Power User training and support onboarding of site-level power users (certification required)
- Collaborate with validation, quality, and IT teams to support deployment and continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot system and configuration issues related to Kneat workflows and templates

**Qualifications**:

- Strong hands-on experience with Kneat configuration and process mapping
- Deep understanding of Kneat design architecture
- Proven experience configuring discipline-specific templates in Kneat




- Solid knowledge of validation lifecycle and validation documentation requirements
- Experience supporting regulated environments and electronic validation systems
- Certified to perform Kneat Power User training
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- SQL (preferred)
- Oracle (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English (required)
- Experience with US/EU companies (preferred)

Pay: $17,083 - $21,297 per hour
