This Position reports to:

**Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)**

As a Integral Early Talent Program Trainee for Product Marketing Specialist, you will get hands-on responsibility from the start. The exceptional people you work with, the challenging projects you tackle, and the global scale of our business will give the experience you need to build a world-class career in product marketing.

For this particular position, you will be working within the Electrification Business Area team in Santiago, Chile.

**The program is made up of three assignments in different roles**:

- One nine-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the business.




- One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB’s operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network.
- One nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business, where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function.

**You Will Be Mainly Accountable For**
- Delivering technical product presentations and conducting training sessions for internal teams and customers
- Providing technical support to the sales team and responding to customer inquiries
- Supporting the preparation of technical and commercial offers
- Coordinating and interacting with the factory to address technical requirements and product-related topics

**Qualifications For The Role**
- You are a recent graduate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- You may have professional experience in electrical protections or electrical power systems.
- You must be able to communicate fluently in English, as well as Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
- You can work with the standard MS Office package.
- You are curious, resilient and open to new ideas.
