**Supervisor de Terreno - Producción**:
**Objetivo del cargo**:

- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los trabajos en terreno, coordinando equipos, recursos y subcontratos para cumplir plazos, calidad, costos y estándares de seguridad.

**¿Qué harás en este rol?**:

- Planificar y organizar el trabajo diario y semanal por frentes.
- Supervisar en terreno la ejecución de obras (hormigón, acero, moldajes).
- Coordinar cuadrillas, equipos, materiales y subcontratos.
- Controlar avances, productividad y uso de recursos.
- Aplicar normativas de seguridad y asegurar condiciones de trabajo seguras.
- Coordinar con Mandante (Metro), ITO y áreas internas.




- Elaborar reportes de avance, calidad, seguridad y costos.

**Responsabilidades fundamental**:

- Cumplir el programa de obra y apoyar la ruta crítica.
- Asegurar estándares de calidad según normativa (MINVU).
- Gestionar seguridad (DS 40, DS 594, Ley 16.744).
- Controlar rendimientos y proponer mejoras de productividad.
- Gestionar subcontratos y evitar interferencias.
- Mantener trazabilidad documental para auditorías.

**Lo que buscamos**:
**Formación**:

- Técnico en Construcción o Ingeniero Constructor (o afín).

**Experiência**:

- Mínimo 5 años en obras civiles.
- Experiência en proyectos complejos (metro, túneles o similares).

**Conocimientos**:

- Planificación (MS Project o Primavera P6).
- Lectura de planos y control técnico.
- Excel y sistemas ERP.
- Normativas de seguridad en obra.

**Certificaciones (deseable)**:

- Trabajo en altura, espacios confinados, primeros auxilios.
- Licencia de conducir Clase B.
