Position title: TQM - Next Gen

Location: Santiago, Chile

Type of Contract: Temporary

Start date: April 2026

Duration: 6 up to 24 months

The Early Professional will work in the MCLAC South Premium Engagement Team and will be responsible for leading multiples information tracking withing the area. This person will be accountable for the ideation and implementation of a specific dashboard to track how PE Contracts is performing in SAP customers and how our customers are adopting our Premium Services.

General role tasks and requirements:

- Executive Internal Summaries
- Alert potential risks in regards KPI Premium Contracts
- Regular communications with Internal Teams across MCLAC Premium South Team
- Generate and regularly send key information to Managers & TQM teams
- To be accountable for updating the proper information within SAP systems
- Be able to lead multiple conversations with internal teams in regards Premium Contracts
- Generate specific ad-hoc presentations for external & internal meetings

**What you bring**

Education and Experience:

- Must be a recent graduate
- Preferably in the field of Civil Engineering,



Commercial Engineering or Information Technology

Requirements and Competencies:

- Advanced English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical and data-analysis skills, with effective problem-solving ability
- Excellent communicator; comfortable working in multinational teams
- Team player with quick learning ability and strong adaptability
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to plan weekly and monthly schedules
- Able to work effectively under pressure
